📚 Our Return Policy

At The Albright Library, we strive to provide you with high-quality, pre-loved books that bring joy and value. We understand that sometimes a purchase might not meet your expectations, and we’re here to assist you.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at thealbrightlibrary@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Please include images if appropriate.

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thealbrightlibrary@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
